ACCESS PRACTICE AT OPENING HOURS DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC FROM MONDAY 1st JUNE 2020

9:30AM – 12:45PM

1:45PM – 4:30PM

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THE PRACTICE IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: # a high temperature # a new continuous cough # any loss of sense of smell or taste.

PLEASE PHONE THE PRACTICE ON 0131 240 2810, preferably with a contact number for a clinician to call you back.

This will help to protect others in your community while you are infectious.  Do not attend the surgery, pharmacy or hospital.  You do not need to contact NHS 111 to tell them you’re staying at home.  We will not be testing people who are self-isolating with mild symptoms.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be no Women Only Clinic at 17 Leith Street until further notice.

How to Access EAP Services

We aim to offer our services to anyone who is experiencing difficulty in accessing Primary Healthcare, whose accommodation arrangements are uncertain and who may have additional support needs.

If you would like to use any of our services please call in at either of our surgery premises at 17 Leith Street or 22-24 Spittal Street  or telephone 0131 240 2810.

Doctor: If you would like to see a doctor you will be asked, on your first visit, to complete registration forms and given a booked appointment to see one of our nurses for a New Patient Health Assessment. You can then attend any GP clinic to see a doctor - please see GP timetable for all clinic time information.

Once registered, you do not need an appointment to see a doctor or a nurse – just turn up at the start of any surgery.

Come early, as surgeries tend to fill up quickly. If you require follow-up you may be given an appointment. Please come on time, otherwise your slot may be given to someone else.

If you are an agency worker supporting a client whom you feel meets EAP criteria and would benefit from registering with us, please call 0131 240 2810. We may in this instance be able to offer a booked appointment for the patient to attend, provided you are available to accompany them to the practice.
