How to access Medical Services

You will need to register before you can see a clinician. Please fill out the registration forms and we will request that your medical records are sent to us from your previous GP. This usually takes 2 working days. We will also book you in for a New Patient Health Assessment with one of our Practice Nurses.

Please note, when making appointments our medical receptionists have been asked to ask you what you would like to see the clinician about. Please give them a brief description if you feel able to.

Once you have registered, and we have you on the system, you will be able to call to make an appointment with one of our clinicians.

If you are an agency worker supporting someone whom you feel meets our service criteria and would benefit from registering with us, please call 0131 529 5015. We may in this instance be able to offer a booked appointment to attend, providing you are available to accompany them.

GP Surgeries - Please call us to make an appointment with the doctor. We will try and see you as soon as we can. If you cannot make your appointment, please let us know!

Same Day Appointments

Each day we release a few slots at 9am and at 2pm (please note, these are released at 10am on Tuesday when we open) for same day appointments. Please either call us on 0131 529 5015 or come and ask at reception to see if we have any available.
